He was fired by the Texans in October 2020 after a 0-4 start to the season.
O'Brien Has a Proven Track Record of Success in College Football
Prior to his time in the NFL, O'Brien was the head coach at Penn State from 2012 to 2013.
He led the Nittany Lions to a 15-9 record and two bowl game appearances.

O'Brien takes over a Boston College team that went 6-5 last season.
The Eagles return several key players, including quarterback Phil Jurkovec and running back Travis Etienne.
